王哲,工学博士,2020年毕业于东北大学控制理论与控制工程专业。主要从事分数阶多智能体系统协同控制、网络安全控制等。主持横纵项项目2项,包括辽宁省自然科学基金联合项目等。在国际权威期刊IEEE Transactions on Automation Science Engineering 等发表及接受学术论文10余篇,SCI检索论文7篇, 担任10余个控制领域SCI国际期刊审稿专家。
