马佳，理学院应用物理教研室主任，博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，研究方向为计算原子分子物理，一直致力于电子/正电子与原子/分子的散射研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项，参与多项国家自然科学基金，省科技厅教育厅项目。辽宁省“百千万人才工程”万层次人选；校优秀青年教师；辽宁省大学生物理学术竞赛优秀指导教师，指导学生获国家级一等奖一项，二等奖两项，多项省级奖项；获校“我最喜爱的科技竞赛指导教师”称号；校优秀班主任；校毕业设计优秀指导教师。指导学生发表省级以上期刊论文3篇。
